- How do you generate your leads?
We have a collection of proven mini sites that we promote on Google, Bing and Yahoo that are specifically designed to reach potential clients when they are ready to speak to an agent about their real estate needs.
- How do I know this won't be a waste of my time and money?
Our secret sauce lies within our time tested "Trifecta" lead verification process. We process over 1200 raw leads daily and effectively weed out nearly 80% of them as "Tire Kickers". The remaining 20% represent the REAL, interested clients who need the help of an agent with their home purchase goals or home sale.
- How many agents a lead can be sold to?
We are selling each lead to a single agent only. If there are several agents matched a lead, the system will rotate lead buyers in a round-robin queue.
- How much do your leads cost?
Our leads cost $44 per seller lead and $75 per qualified seller leads (those have been interviewed by our representatives to make sure they are serious about selling a house), and you are charged when they are matched to you based on your chosen locations and quantities.
- Do you have a contract I have to sign?
No, we have no contracts of any kind. Cancel at anytime.
- Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, we guarantee that our leads will be contactable in the method we specify for contacting them first. We will tell you how the prospect wants to make first contact - either by phone, text, or email.
- Do you offer any refunds?
If by the odd chance you are unable to reach a prospect, you can request an account credit and get a replacement lead free of charge. Our standard method of reimbursement is via account credit.
- Are there any start up fees or monthly membership fees?
No, you only pay per verified lead that you receive based on your chosen quantities and areas.
- How do you deliver new leads to me?
We will text and email you the full contact info of the lead within seconds of us verifying it. You can also log into your online account and see your leads there. Your online account is where you can change your lead delivery settings, and manage your purchased leads.
- How do you charge me for leads?
Your credit card on file will be charged every time a new lead is matched to you based on your chosen areas and quantities per month. If you find you want more or less leads monthly, you can change your monthly quantities at any time in your online account.
- How can I control the number of leads you send to me?
You can set the maximum number of leads we will be sending to you daily or weekly. Once the caps you set are maxed out, we will stop sending you leads and charging your credit card. If you want to completely stop the leads flow, you can put your account on pause.
- How can I contact support if there is a problem?
We do not offer phone support, however we have excellent customer service that can be requested from within your online account. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, and if during regular business hours much faster.
